We are so very excited to announce that tickets for our winter ball are on sale now. We will be celebrating the charities 10th anniversary with some of our usual fun and shenanigans, along with some new surprises.
Our most special ball so far will be held again at the absolutely gorgeous Surrey Downs National Golf Club on the evening of 6th November 2021. Located just off the M25 near to Merstham and Coulsdon in Surrey it's easy to get to with plenty of parking, hotels nearby or you could even catch the 'party coach' from Byfleet along with some of the friendly trustees and supporters of the charity (for a small additional return fee).
On arrival, a drink will be served while you mingle in the beautiful surroundings. Starters will soon be served at your allocated table that will laden with a half bottle of wine per guest. Games will be played and various raffle tickets will be on sale for a chance to win one (or more) of our phenomenal prizes.
A delicious dinner will then be served, followed by a chance to get on down to the best soul band you will ever hear!, or try your luck at the 'ungambling' casino or capture your own shenanigans in our magic mirror? We are so very lucky to have Wales' famous BIG MAC'S WHOLLY SOUL BAND to entertain us, you will love them.
We will draw the raffle as quickly as we can (there is usually a shed load of amazing prizes) , then we'll have time for more dancing, nongambling, magic mirrors and shenanigans before the huge Auction followed by more dancing, shenanigans and no doubt, plenty of drunken sayings such as 'I love you so much' etc., etc.. you get the gist....
Desert will be served amongst the excitement, as well as coffee if you would like it and the bar will be open throughout the night.
We are beside ourselves with excitement to welcome you all at our 10th anniversary ball. A black tie event that will be THE best night of 2021 so far. Tickets are £75 per person, includes entrance drink, half bottle of wine, three course delicious meal and entertainment. NB return coach from Byfleet Village Hall is £10 per person in addition.

SMALL (BUT QUITE BIG PRINT)
Because we have learned from experience over the last scary few years, we have decided to sell tickets on a first come, first served basis, via email and payment before the event. It's very old fashioned, we know, but it could save the charity loads a wonga IF we need to refund you all (due to card/ticket site charges).It may take a little longer to confirm your ticket because it's little old me sorting them, so please do bear with us. Upon recipt of your email requesting tickets, our bank details will be sent for payment within 9 working days. We will need confirmation of all attendees, together with any dietary requirements on or before payment. We will refund fully if we have to cancel due to another lockdown.
WE WILL ALSO NEED ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS WHEN BOOKING> MEALS CANNOT BE SWAPPED/CHANGED ON THE NIGHT.
