THE BALL OF THE DECADE!

We are well into the next decade of hosting our annual winter ball, and by all accounts they just get better and better!!

This years Black tie Dinner and Dance will not dissapoint; To be held at The Guildford Harbour Hotel on Saturday 18th November from 6.30PM until 1PM, with live music, casino, raffle, auction and much more.....

This year if you purchase a ticket for just £75 you will also be treated to;

• a glass of prosecco on arrival with canapes
• a 3 course meal of your choice (from a few yummy options)
• half a bottle of wine on the table
• followed by tea/coffee
• a private bar to purchase drinks
• Discounted rate for rooms to stay at the hotel if you wish

Tickets are on sale via our special email address thematthewhackneyfoundation@hotmail.com or in person from Pretty & Preloved shop in Byfleet.

This form will need to be completed so that we know exactly what you would like to eat and payment preferably, should be made directly to our bank account (to save us the cost of credit card fees) or by cash at Pretty & Preloved shop.  

MENU CHOICES

To Start

• Caesar Salad, soft hens egg, baby gem, anchovies
• Chicken liver Pate, onion jam, soft herb salad, rye bread
• Smoked Salmon with asparagus and lemon Sabeyon

Main

• Fillet of Sea Bream, tender stem broccoli, shaved fennel, shelfish cream
• Roast Bubble and Squeak Potato Cake, Creamed Leeks & Poached egg
• Roast chicken breast with tarragon mash, smoked bacon, wild mushroom sauce

To follow

• Apple Blackberry crumble with custard
• Chocolate Brownie with white chocolate icecream
• Lemon posset, rasberry and vanilla cream, cardamom shortbread

Please save the date if you want to join us tickets are on sale now.  As usual, space is limited so they will be sold on a 1st paid 1st served basis!!
